Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings for The Village Mommy & Me Program are non-refundable.
We reserve a limited space for you and your baby, which prevents us from enrolling another family. For that reason, we are not able to provide refunds for missed classes, schedule changes, illness, or personal circumstances.

However — please always reach out.
If you are unhappy or unable to attend, we genuinely want to support you and to prevent stress or headaches. We will always be open to a conversation and do our best to explore reasonable solutions when appropriate (including transfers, credits, or alternate options). While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we are committed to problem-solving with you.

If we cancel a program:

If we need to cancel a program due to low enrollment or any other circumstances, we will issue a full refund.

If a class needs to be rescheduled:

If a class must be moved due to unforeseen circumstances — including facilitator illness, family emergency, or natural disaster — a make-up class will be offered.
