0-6 Months
Becoming a parent is a life-changing experience, and the first six months can be especially challenging. From dealing with colic and breastfeeding to navigating sleeping schedules and your baby's first cold - it can be overwhelming. Our course is designed to provide research-based tips and advice to help you not only survive but also enjoy this special time in your life. We will spend 7 weeks getting to know each other, sharing personal experiences and challenges as well asa celebrating each others victories. Getting out of the house might be scary in the beginning, but it also helps so much. Your baby is crying or had a blowout? Don't worry we all are in the same boat and are for any help you might need.

6-12 Months
Congratulations on making it through the first 6 months of motherhood! As you face new challenges, we're here to help. Our course covers a range of topics, introducing solids to navigating child care options. We'll also discuss the ever-changing world of sleep, including regression and nap consolidation. Plus, we'll share age-appropriate activities and tips for traveling with your little one. Join us for personal stories, laughs, and support along the way.
As with all of our programs, we will provide opportunities to stay connected with the group outside the class times and, hopefully, for many years after.

Expecting Mama
Congratulations on your pregnancy—this is such a meaningful season. But it can also bring moments of uncertainty, loneliness, and overwhelm. If you’ve ever wished you had a real place to ask questions, learn what actually matters, and meet other women going through the same thing, you’ll feel right at home here.
Our Expecting Mama Program is designed to offer both guidance and community. Over four weeks, we’ll walk through topics that truly make a difference: understanding labor and postpartum recovery, preparing your home and freezer, navigating newborn feeding, building a realistic registry, and supporting your mental and emotional well-being. Nothing is sugar-coated, nothing is one-size-fits-all—but everything is practical, grounded, and meant to help you feel more prepared.
Just as important, you’ll have time each week to connect with other expecting mamas—sharing stories, comparing experiences, and starting the friendships that often carry well into the postpartum months.
If you’re looking for clarity, support, and a community to grow with, this program was made for you.
