0-6 Months
Becoming a parent is a life-changing experience, and the first six months can be especially challenging. From dealing with colic and breastfeeding to navigating sleeping schedules and your baby's first cold - it can be overwhelming. Our course is designed to provide research-based tips and advice to help you not only survive but also enjoy this special time in your life. We will spend 7 weeks getting to know each other, sharing personal experiences and challenges as well asa celebrating each others victories. Getting out of the house might be scary in the beginning, but it also helps so much. Your baby is crying or had a blowout? Don't worry we all are in the same boat and are for any help you might need.

6-12 Months
Congratulations on making it through the first 6 months of motherhood! As you face new challenges, we're here to help. Our course covers a range of topics, introducing solids to navigating child care options. We'll also discuss the ever-changing world of sleep, including regression and nap consolidation. Plus, we'll share age-appropriate activities and tips for traveling with your little one. Join us for personal stories, laughs, and support along the way.
As with all of our programs, we will provide opportunities to stay connected with the group outside the class times and, hopefully, for many years after.

Working Mama
For mothers returning to work with babies 0–18 months
Returning to work after having a baby is one of the most complex transitions in motherhood — emotionally, mentally, and logistically. The Working Mamas Program was created to support you through that shift, offering a space where you can be seen, understood, and held in community with other mothers walking a similar path.
This monthly gathering is designed for mamas balancing career and caregiving, navigating identity shifts, family dynamics, boundaries, burnout, and the invisible mental load that comes with doing it all. Each session is a chance to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a season that often leaves little room for pause.
We meet in our warm, tranquil Oceanside studio, with groups intentionally capped at 10 mamas to foster deeper connection and honest conversation. Babies are welcome — come with your little one in PJs, come solo after work, or decide month‑to‑month based on what life looks like. However you arrive, you’ll be met with compassion and community.
This is your space to breathe, to be heard, and to remember that you don’t have to carry it all alone.
