Service Description

The Village’s 7‑week session is designed to give you the resources, grounding, and community you need as you navigate the early stages of motherhood. Our classes are now 90 minutes long and held every Thursday at 9:30 AM in our lovely new Oceanside studio. Our new space offers a more intimate setting, with room for just 10 moms per class. It’s warm, tranquil, and intentionally created to support a deeper level of connection and care. This is a space to be heard, supported, and held during this tender season. Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to bond with other new moms while exploring topics such as feeding, sleep, postpartum wellness, emotional support, and self‑care.
